He has built and managed global sourcing networks for critical components in Formula 1 and advanced manufacturing—and once sailed solo around the world in a boat he built himself.
Tim combines hands-on manufacturing experience from superyachts, aerospace, automotive, and hydraulics with a deep commitment to precision engineering. He has consulted across multiple high-stakes industries, delivering world-class manufacturing solutions in competitive environments.
Nye began his career at Sunseeker, building custom luxury yachts, before joining high-performance manufacturing teams. He's driven the operational innovation behind Offset Prototypes—bringing structure, process, and continuous improvement to every stage of the business. (And, yes, he also cycled the entire length of New Zealand in 2024)
